So today I hear on Rick Dee's radio show that the "perfect" man is 6'0. Has brown hair and eyes. Mostly clean-shaved. Toned and athletic. He can swim, ride a bike, change a tire. He calls his mom at least once a week. He cries at movies. He is a non-smoking beer drinker (just not too much beer!) and he can make you laugh. There were some more characteristics, but I think you get the picture.
So my answer to this is....well, duh!!!! A hero is not referred to as "tall, dark, and handsome" for nothing. Other than crying at movies, I totally agree. I mean, it's not a turn-off if a guy cries at a movie, but it's not something I go looking for. If he cries at Titanic, more than likely I would give him hell about it. But certain movies, it's ok for a guy to cry but I won't hold it against him if he never cries. Heck, I barely do myself! Cold-hearted. Yes, I know.
What do ya'll think? Any characteristics missing from the list? Something that shouldn't be on it?

I finished up The Learning Curve and have submitted the manuscript to my publisher. I also wrapped up Gone to the Dogs and sent it off as well. Not bad for a weekend's work, a holiday weekend at that! It is so good to be back writing again.

I finally got my website back up and running! Yay! I've also decided to revamp The Learning Curve and resubmit it. I've been away from writing for way tooooo long. Just so many things going on with raising a family of three boys....well four boys really. (Just kidding. I love ya, William!)
